Welcome to our interview with Sandra from Respite, Inc. We talked about the importance of taking time for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and renewal. But it’s not always easy. Many states offer Respite services so you can have a paid caregiver, that you trust, care for your Special Needs Family Member while you take a break – date night, a massage? Sound good? Here’s how to make it happen not only for your benefit but for your loved ones, too.

Respite Care Available

Jerry Dominquez is offering respite care at her home near Lompoc.  She can provide care for an ambulatory female, age 0 – 18 years old.  Jerry is a longtime excellent careprovider vendored with the Tri-Counties Regional Center.  Care can be provided during the day and overnight stays.  Please contact Jerry at 688-5041.
