Special Needs Network (SNN) is a support group for parents of special needs kids and adults. We have started and support a number of projects like a teen club for special needs kids and young adults, a sibling support group, the Hill House Transition program for kids between high school and adulthood, as well as our parent support group. Our support group meets the second Tuesday of the month at noon at Cafe Noir.
