Researchers

We need to gather good information and resources to add to our site. Some information might be about new behavioral therapies or changes in Special Education policies. Resources might include a video course on teaching a Down Syndrome Family Member home emergency procedures or a summer camp  program for Autistic Kids.

There is so much information available via the Internet and it isn’t difficult to find if you know how. I know how and can show you if this is new for you. Internet Research is in high demand these days and a great thing to add to your resume!

If you are interested in helping and have access to a computer and Internet connection, please let me know.

Any Voice Talent out there?

I think it is very important that this site be multi-media so that everyone can participate. Right now it’s just text but it will also have audio and video, hopefully soon.

The first thing to add will be audio (mp3) versions of posts. It’s not difficult to do but I really don’t want to be the only voice! If you are interested in being a Voice of the Village (hey, that just came to me, kinda cute don’t you think?) please let me know!

Also, if you have a computer microphone (not a headset, but a real mic) that you would be willing to loan and/or donate we would be very grateful. We would be so grateful that we would list your name on our Thank You page and tell everyone just how wonderful you are!

Thanks!

Sandy and Matthew
